Job Description
Busy boutique Utah criminal defense law firm is in need of a fearless associate. Income range $85,000 to $110,000. An active Utah bar license is required. 0-5 years experience preferred, but more experienced attorneys looking for a flexible arrangement are also encouraged to apply. Fluency in Spanish is preferred (but not required). Some immigration experiece is a bonus (but not required). Criminal defense experience is preferred but not necessary for an outstanding candidate. The firm provides a vehicle for the attorney for travel throughout Utah for court appearances. Base salary is considerably higher than comparable positions in the Salt Lake Valley. The firm offers a generous split for cases the attorney independently brings to the firm. Bar dues and CLE reimbursement avaiable to a capped amount. Health insurance is provided at no cost to the attorney. A 401k is also provided.
