Job Description
We are one of the largest creditors rights law firms in Florida. Our firm represents the worlds largest financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, and investors. We are actively seeking to hire multiple attorneys for a number of roles including:
Document review, evidence review and validation
Motion practice
Small claims hearing coverage / Mediations
Contested litigation
Judgment execution (wage and bank garnishments, vehicle levies, COE hearings, satisfactions)
Ideal candidates DO NOT need direct experience, but DO need:
A clean Florida Bar license (other jurisdictions may be helpful)
A clean background check free of felonies or financial crimes
A positive TEAM PLAYER attitude
A desire to grow with the firm and build a long-term mutually beneficial relationship
Strong organizational skills
