Reporting to the Regional Head of Central Compliance, and working with the Global Head of Regulatory Training, you will join the Central Compliance team with the specific remit of managing compliance training and communications. You will implement and manage a consistent compliance training framework and provide direction to Compliance officers in how to effectively engage staff across the Macquarie Group through training and communication of key compliance issues across the Americas region. You will work alongside regional counterparts and the Global Head of Regulatory Training on the development and implementation of the Global Regulatory Training plan.
Your demonstrated experience in the successful design and delivery of training in a professional services environment will aid you in managing the production, maintenance and execution of a regional compliance training plan and assisting in the development of compliance education and communications materials, including online courses. In addition, you will work with compliance colleagues to ensure regulatory training requirements are met, as well as develop methods to assess training effectiveness.
Your strong attention to detail will be proven by promoting effective compliance training record keeping, and full utilization of the global learning management system. The ability to develop others, work autonomously and deliver results within deadlines will be imperative in this role. Training qualifications and the Kirkpatrick certification (bronze level or above) are not required, but highly desirable.
