ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Civil Engineering Designer for our Reston, Virginia office. Working with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Civil Engineering Designer will be responsible for assisting with grading, roadway design, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.
