Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for leading strategic vision and directing the
marketing and customer strategic operational effort in a multi-system
environment as it relates to the deployment of products, services, and
enhancements. Assists marketing and customer support leadership with business
planning in the implementation of strategic initiatives. This position is a primary point of accountability for the
vision, setup and execution of customer insights & analytics strategy. Serves
as liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support personnel to
ensure that each group is informed of most recent customer marketing and sales
development plans. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex
functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business
strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops operational objectives to
align with this strategy. This position will also be critical in any potential
mergers & acquisitions activities.
Develop KPI targets
for each of the respective functions and ensure appropriate reporting to key

May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired.
