Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, committed, hard-working recent law graduate who wants to gain broad-based business experience and help our company grow. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and make a major contribution to the success of a company. We are looking for strong technical skills and a creative mindset.
The TLS Manager will work on our legal discussion site, Top-Law-Schools.com. You’ll have a chance to take ownership of the direction of this company, planning new features and improving existing ones by working across technology, sales, marketing, product, and other functions to ensure that all of the pieces come together. If you have experience managing software products, that is great!
Duties:
-Counseling law school students as well as graduates. Topics include LSAT deadlines, BAR prep, important events, and any topics pertaining to the law school field.

-Great writing skills
-Website quality assurance: making sure website is usable and current, with relevant information updated on a regular basis.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to:
Plan and launch products and features that help generate revenue and engagement.
Help define product strategy and vision.
Develop, implement and manage the sales process.
Collaborate and manage Customer Service Team to work closely with customers to ensure their success.
Suggest new product features and be able to suggest marketing strategies.
Establish efficient feedback processes.
Research and develop various revenue streams.
Understand analytics and form conclusions based on data.
Provide ideas for new content.
Desired Skills:
3 years or more working as a Product / Project Manager (we are willing to train motivated candidates who meet other requirements and/or have equivalent experience).
J.D. (do not need bar admittance).
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts.
Strong analytical skills, with a willingness to dive deeper into data.
Experience with managing mobile application development would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with managing SaaS products a plus.
Excitement about the legal industry and how it’s evolving.
Salary: Flexible depending on experience

The defining feature of this site is the TLS forums which historically has been focused primarily on law school applicants with discussion forums such as the law school admissions forum, the LSAT prep forum, the personal statement forum, and the choosing a law school forum. However, over the years the forums for law school students and graduates have become quite popular as well especially the bar prep forum, the legal employment forum, and the forum for law school students. A couple of other noteworthy forums are the law school graduates only forum (verification of graduate status required) and the TLS lounge (registration required).
