This role will work independently and in collaboration with Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, IP and Licensing as well as Vice President, Talent Counsel to provide legal advice to clients on digital focused talent and collaboration agreements, including but not limited to social media influencer agreements and IP licensing agreements.

Support Marketing and Creative Operations teams in connection with digital focused talent agreements, with an emphasis on social media influencer agreements, collaboration agreements, other IP licensing agreements, and related contractual arrangements;
•    Prepare and negotiate drafts of such agreements; 
•    Manage work flow and tracking of such agreements on a Global basis;
•    Manage outside counsel in connection with related litigation matters;
•    Advise and consult with clients in all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to identify critical legal issues, assess potential legal options, and provide individuals and teams with an analysis and range of possible legal solutions, all in the areas of social media influencer and IP licensing law;
•    Exercise independent judgment related to company legal matters

•    Minimum 8 years firm experience
•    2-3 years in-house experience
•    Consumer products industry experience preferred
•    Influencer agreement negotiation and drafting required
•    License agreement negotiation and drafting required 
•    Celebrity talent agreement and negotiation preferred
•    Member of the New York State bar
•    Working knowledge of US and international creative rights and IP licensing law, policies, and processes
•    Ability to form strong relationships with business leaders and serve as a partner to the Marketing & Creative Operation teams
•    Ability to execute in a complex matrixed environment
•    Good written and oral communication skills; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to changing conditions and execute in a complex matrixed environment.
