Miller Mayer, LLP is seeking a full-time associate in our immigration practice group. Our firm’s immigration clients include hospitals, universities, technology companies, EB-5 regional centers, developers, individual clients, and families. Duties include counseling clients, preparation and review of relevant immigration filings (including PERMS and H-1B petitions), communication with prospective new clients, and supervising legal assistants as needed. At least three years of relevant experience preferred, but not required. Billable hours requirements are reasonable and the salary competitive.
