ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Application Architect / Engineer to join our team in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Application Architect / Engineer provides support to the multiple federal agencies, DHS, and ManTech, focused on providing subject matter expertise to develop and architect the next generation of cybersecurity in support of DHS’ CDM Program.

Job Responsibilities

Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, operation and maintenance of one or more instances of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) multi-tenant Dashboard (based on RSA Archer)
Provide technical support for the Dashboard solution including monitoring performance of dashboard queries, accuracy of data elements in the dashboard, and availability of data feeds through the Integration layer (Informatica) to include troubleshooting performance issues
Implement new Dashboard versions when they are released.Validate data feeds from Integration layer and proper functionality of Dashboard features after deployment
Identify/communicate any potential weaknesses in the integration of the Dashboard solution that could impact the Continuous Monitoring as a Service (CMaaS) solution
Identify and document workflows conforming to the Dashboard and DHS 4300 A security practices
Design, configure and deploy IdentityIQ to connect to data sources on diverse agency networks. Integrate IdentityIQ data with multiple external databases and applications.
Work with multiple government agencies to identify unique requirements and characteristics and translate them into the design of the overall solution.
Operate and maintain RSA Archer-based CDM Dashboard
Operate and maintain a SailPoint implementation that provides services to multiple customer Agencies
Escalate technical issues to the engineering team and RSA Archer / SailPoint Tier-III support, as needed
Create application documentation, drawings, how-to guides and other deliverables for both training and tool maintenance. Prepare technical designs with Visio diagrams and detailed descriptions.
Provide briefings to DHS and Agency customers regarding architectural best practices on an as-needed basis

Job Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 3 years of hands on RSA Archer and SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
Experience with RSA Archer 6.X

Experience with creation and maintenance of Data Feeds for data integration
Experienced in back-end Archer operations with Control Panel, Job Engine plugin, and best practices for RSA Archer server maintenance
2 years of direct experience implementing and supporting RSA Archer eGRC and Microsoft SQL in Government customer environments

Strong analytical skills to enable effective troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Experience with scripting using bash , Python or Tcl/Expect.
Understanding of the IdentityIQ and RSA Archer database schema.
SQL knowledge a plus
Experience with FISMA, NIST, security and accessibility standards
Experience with auditing practices, processes and methodologies
Knowledge of integrated security system architecture
Core competency of network design concepts and operation
In-depth experience with general IT security concepts, network security and monitoring practices/methodologies
Experience/knowledge of security-based software applications and tools
Experience presenting material to senior management level and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) dashboard technologies

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to secure DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) required

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and eight to ten years related experience or Master's degree with five to seven years of experience field mathematics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science.
