About New Hampshire State Government: The state government includes three branches: Judicial, Executive and Legislative. The state is still governed by its 1783 constitutions. It is one of the rare constitutions which acknowledge right of revolution and does not require any public schools.

In the year 1993, the Supreme Court of the state ruled that the state required to fund and define public schools throughout the state. The legislature of the state was slowly compiled and the supervisory role of the court ended in 2008 since the earlier roles were replaced.
