A construction trainer is responsible for providing training and technical assistance to the construction staff including construction assistants, construction technicians, construction site supervisor, civil foreman, construction manager, and construction equipments operator.
A construction trainer may be hired both on a temporary basis and permanently. Smaller companies with construction projects having a relatively finite life may hire trainers for smaller tenures. Larger companies, government departments, or highway authorities may look for a permanent construction trainer.
A construction trainer should have a bachelor\'s degree, preferably in construction or civil engineering. Some employers may want their trainers to have several years of experience in a construction or civil engineering environment.
