Compliance Administrator

The compliance administrator oversees and manages the corporate compliance program, that reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the organization. The compliance administrator ensures that the Board of Directors, management of the company, and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies. He also works to ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the minimum company standards of conduct and disposition. The compliance administrator develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal or improper conduct. The compliance administrator develops and periodically reviews the standards of conduct to ensure continuing relevance in providing proper information to the company management and employees.

The compliance administrator should at least have a bachelor\'s degree although a master\'s degree is desired. A minimum of 5-6 years experience is needed for the position.
