Business Development Leader

Business development leaders engage in research activities to unearth hidden business projections. Business development leaders also maintain relationships with other departments, such as human resources, engineering, finance, and marketing departments. In addition, business development leaders are involved in most human resources activities, including enrollment. Business development leaders help to generate revenue, arrange meetings with managers, and highlight the issues of lower- and middle-level management and try to resolve their differences in a timely and effective manner.

To obtain a business development leader job, one typically must have a bachelor\'s degree in any field and at least two to three years of relevant experience. A master\'s degree in business applications is an added advantage.
