Treasury Analyst III

What you'll be doing:
The Treasury Analyst (TA) will have a variety of ongoing responsibilities, including handling daily cash management, documenting cash-desk procedures, creating and maintaining Treasury instruments in SAP, preparing cash flow projections, monitoring portfolio investments and producing management reports detailing performance.
She/he will liaise with bank service agents and help coordinate Company activities relating to banking, including the opening and closing of bank accounts.
The Analyst position will also encompass the following: researching and evaluating new banking products, services and fees; participating in Treasury-system implementations; reviewing bank performance and recommending appropriate actions; and monitoring international bank accounts to ensure control as well as compliance with corporate policies.
The TA will serve as the primary contact for bank account and bank portal administration, administer databases, assess the need for and prepare signature authority documents, parent guarantees, bank guarantees, letters of credit, debt compliance certificates, and other Treasury documents or reports.
Finally, the incumbent will perform ad hoc Treasury projects as directed, including analytical or financial modelling work using global Treasury information in order to help support higher-level strategy and decision-making.
The position may require some travel.
What you need for this role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related Treasury experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A candidate with a finance-related graduate degree, such as an MBA, may be considered with fewer years of relevant work experience.
Solid knowledge of global cash-management products and financial-institution processes.
Intellectually curious, exercises good business judgment.
Global mindset; culturally sensitive.
Advanced computer skills: word processing and spreadsheet capabilities (MS Word, Excel).
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; self-starter; multi-tasker.
Familiarity with foreign exchange netting and confirmation process a plus.
Knowledge and experience with SAP, WF-CEO, JPMorgan Access and/or CitiDirect are a plus.
