Requirements:
Master degree in Architecture / bachelor degree in Building Surveying, Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
Relevant professional qualifications preferred
Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience, PRC exposures an added advantage
Good command of Putonghua and proven English proficiency
Detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
Occasional travel to PRC required
Responsibilities:
Assist in property development projects in PRC, from inception to completion & handover stages to end users
Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Officer.)
