And you have...
A minimum of 18 months developing in Ruby with significant commercial delivery experience
Min 10 years design, development, and deployment of large scale applications using a variety of static and dynamic languages such as C#, Java, Python or Perl
Full life-cycle development experience, including large-scale applications
Experience with object oriented analysis/design
Knowledge of OO design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum is preferred
Experience in a leadership and mentoring
