Ideal candidates should have at least one year experience in a similar capacity. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for coordinating internal and external communication materials while providing customer service support related responsibilities to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** communities, residents and the internal resident insurance team.
• Handles, sorts, and distributes incoming/outgoing mail and emails by priority/non-priority items as directed.
• Answers incoming telephone calls, responds to caller questions and needs, takes and delivers complete messages in a timely fashion, and follows up as needed to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Prepares documents, letters, resident notices, and other communication materials for internal distribution, ensuring all documentation is spelled-checked and grammatically correct, also is point of contact for questions related to communication.
• Acts as a liaison between residents and communities by providing customer service regarding the renter’s insurance and compliance requirements for residents.
• Enforce placed programs for non-compliant units by applying lease charges to resident ledgers and sending appropriate communication to residents regarding renter’s insurance options.
Educational Requirement:
A Bachelor’s Degree in insurance, business, real estate or related field is preferred.
