Currently seeking candidate to provide HIV-related day program health services (Maitri Day Program)and primary health care (Hope Center)to HIV clients. The position at Maitri will focus on conducting routine health assessments, sick calls, implementing a quality improvement program and participating in the day program's case conferencing. At Hope center, this position will provide HIV related primary care services and participate in the quality improvement efforts. Must be NYS licensed adult or family nurse practitioner with two years of HIV related primary care experience preferred, MSN preferred. bilingual english/spanish candidate preferred along with proficient computer skills. Current/valid drivers license with access to a personal car required.
