Busy small downtown AV rated law firm practicing public agency law, litigation and real estate law requires a legal administrative assistant with good typing, people, organizational and phone skills.
Duties: Support partners and associates with legal and administrative tasks to include document management, calendaring, meeting and conference scheduling. Assembling exhibits and hearing binders; preparing document productions; scheduling depositions. Distributing matter-related hard copy correspondence, court and agency filings; maintaining pleading and document indices. Communicate with clients, vendors, courts, agencies and firm personnel in a professional manner.
Qualifications: minimum of 2 years legal experience is required. Medical benefits and parking provided. Secretaries looking to move from non-legal to legal are encouraged to apply. Salary open.
