Job Description

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role will manage and maintain the legal department's contracts database and paper files and assist with a variety of corporate matters, including assisting with mergers and acquisitions and corporate recordkeeping. In addition to corporate matters, this role will negotiate NDA's, general agreements, maintain form agreements, and manage the contracts approval process across the organization, with assistance of company counsel. The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently and independently in a process oriented environment.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
AA or Bachelors degree, or Paralegal certification
3 years of relevant experience
