The Dallas office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for the Healthcare Department. Qualified candidates will have 2 – 7 years of corporate, regulatory, and/or managed care experience for healthcare companies and/or healthcare payors. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment and transactional healthcare experience in particular is favored. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.
