Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department and organization leadership in areas including but not limited to Human Resources policies, programs and procedures development/interpretation and execution. The HR Generalist will provide expertise and support in the areas of employee relations and development, Total Rewards administration, and workforce planning including recruitment initiatives. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in HR management, business administration or related field. Minimum Work Experience 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist experience with an emphasis in employee relations, employee retention, Total Rewards and talent management. Required Licenses/Certifications PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP or related Human Resources certification preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to multi-task across multiple Human Resource disciplines. Flexible, team-player able to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Excellent influence and negotiation skills. Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations. Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people. Intermediate Microsoft desktop application skills.
