Customer Service Representative - Physician Practice

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all customer contacts including but not limited to telephone services, way finding, mobilizing resources, communicating to the organization safety alerts, facilitating communication between customers, physicians, families, patients and Colleagues and the documentation of services using various software systems and processes.
Education
: High School Diploma/GED Experience
: Medical office experience preferred. Word processing skills, must be able to function in high stress situations including medical emergencies, and multi-tasking. Other Job Requirements
: Must possess skills in expressing ideas and providing information to others (telephone and face to face) and eliciting the same. Must have outstanding customer service skills, follow scripting identified by the department and comply with the established customer recovery/complaint process. Must also possess critical thinking, creative problem solving and priority setting skills.
