Meadville, PA

Directly responsible to Director of Clinical Services and
Director of Counseling at Mind-Body Wellness Center.
MINIMUM Q
ALIFICATIONS:
Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of
PA with the minimum of 3 years of counseling
experience.
Professional knowledge of mind-body
medicine and current research within field.
Minimum
of 2 years experience utilizing guided guided imagery
both with individuals and with groups.
M
ust have
good organizational and communications skills.
Ability
to concentrate and prioritize, resolve problems, and
interact with situations.
Must be willing to use the
following management ccountabilities and
competencies; conflict resolution, staff counseling,
problem solving, disciplinary process, policy and
procedures implementation, teamwork, staff
scheduling, interviewing, budgeting process, cost
containment skills and support of peers.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Intermittent sitting, standing and walking; ability to use
office equipment such as telephone, personal computer
copier, fax machine, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment with little exposure to
excessive noise, dust and temperature changes. Travel
to various health related of business locations within
county may be necessary.
Expected to perform an
initial evaluation in one-hour and a follow-up in 30-40
minutes on average.
