Contract Recruiter - 4+ Months
Dallas, TX

CompuCom Systems, Inc., is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our fast-paced Human Resources group.
Duties include:
High volume staffing within a variety of functions (IT, Help Desk, Finance, and more)
Responsible for the recruiting function both externally and internally, which may include, but is not limited to, screening resumes, cold calling applicants, and placing employment ads.
May research potential candidates through a variety of sources, screen candidates, schedule interviews, perform evaluations and reference checks and gather feedback from management staff and the candidates.
Interviews applicants for open positions, this includes, but not limited to discussing the job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policy, promotional opportunities, and other related information
Use of technological tools for applicant flow, tracking, and metrics
Developing and maintaining strong business partnerships with local and field management team(s)
Use of internet candidate sourcing tools
Identification of new candidates through cold calling
Negotiating compensation, generating offer letters, background checks, etc. with candidates
Other duties as needed

Requirements
Have a four year university degree
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful staffing in a high volume environment
(corporate or agency)
Be experienced in managing the staffing process (full life cycle)
Have experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
Have extremely strong communication skills (oral and written)
Have a high energy level, sense of urgency, and strong attention to detail
