Online Marketing Manager

is seeking an
Online Marketing Manager
to join its Marketing team for its premier lead generation verticals.
Summary:
The marketing team is tasked with driving revenue, managing key relationships with major online publishers and portals, and continuing to find new and inventive ways to generate traffic for its customer acquisition efforts.
As a member of the online marketing team for this "marketing driven" company, this detail-oriented direct marketing enthusiast will be specifically responsible for the bottom-line success of our online campaigns.
The successful candidate will maintain ownership over management and optimization of online advertising campaigns and creative development.
Working closely with the Media Buying and Creative teams, this individual will manage relationships with some of the major portals in the e-Commerce market.
Responsibilities:
Drive creative development throughout a campaign's lifecycle, while interfacing with Creative and Product teams.
Provide in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on learnings.
Review metrics daily and present analysis and findings monthly to management.
Collaborate with Media Buying counterparts on new site opportunities and renewing media buys.
Plan and implement ongoing creative testing strategies across all sites and product lines.
Contribute directly to and have a thorough understanding of the company's goals and metrics (revenue, cost, profit, margin) through management and optimization of assigned sites/campaigns.
Requirements:
Strong history or performance in online marketing and direct response marketing.
Extensive analytical skills as well as the potential and desire to succeed.
Five or more years of business experience.
3 years Online Marketing experience.
Hands on experience with online marketing campaigns, CRM marketing campaigns management and automation systems supporting list preparation, download and campaign deployment and tracking of campaign performance.
Understanding of website and online advertising metrics, including a track record of success (revenue contribution) in a quantifiable business environment.
Skills:
Marketing Analytics: Analyzing marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing media test methodologies, and analyzing test results in quantitative analysis, online marketing, and/or direct marketing.
Website Analytics: Managing the design or build of web technology with a focus on website analytics, including page views, click-thru, downloads, and managing opt-ins and other web-related metric tracking, as well as tracking lead generation or opt-in activities.
Direct Response Marketing: Solid foundation with direct marketing operations, systems, technologies within direct mail, internet, direct response radio or direct response television media.
Website Traffic Management: Managing online media traffic, ad campaign, ad partnerships, traffic reporting, campaign analysis, and maintaining comparisons against industry-wide trend analysis.
Qualifications:
BA / BS degree
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Familiarity with other productivity applications
Experience with ad serving a plus
Detailed oriented person with high sense of accountability and integrity
Self starter and can-do attitude
