I think you have done an amazing job with www.hound.com! The only problem I came across was that out of the hundreds of jobs I reviewed; I'd say about 10% of them were outdated and/or already filled. In fact, one position was posted from 2006! The others were dated back from 2008. Although this was a little frustrating, I understand that there isn't much you can do about companies leaving outdated position advertisements on their websites. I contacted several of those I did come across to let them know that the advertisement was still posted and since they didn't have a closing date (e.g. stating "open until filled"), it was hard to tell if they were filled without contacting them. Overall, I was extremely pleased with your service.
I am sure then you are wondering why did I not continue beyond the trial period...I am just not in a position to afford the membership fee right now and this is not because the service is "over" priced, because it is not, in fact if anything it is underpriced - it just has more to do with my personal cash-flow situation right now.
Bottom line, I appreciated the opportunity and enjoyed the experience. Moreover, should my "cash-flow" situation change; I will definitely be back to pay for a full membership! I hope my feedback helps. Thanks again! |
