  1. Practice - This is one of the most obvious things you'll need to do.The more you practice an interview preparation, the better you'll get. There are a number of people that just get dumbstruck when an interviewer asks them questions, and the only way to get over this fear is by practicing speaking loudly in front of a mirror, or even better, to a friend or colleague.
  2. Use Short Sentences - If you're not comfortable talking too much, try to cut down the number of words you use and limit the sentences. This helps you avoid making mistakes while framing sentences. There are a number of public speaking skills enhancement courses that you could choose to enroll for in case you think you've got a problem in communicating.
  3. Make Eye Contact - This is one of the oldest job interview tricks that will make you look a lot more confident than you actually are. Looking into the eyes of the employer gives them a feeling that you know everything you need to know and that you're confident enough to pull off the job responsibilities with ease.
The way you communicate plays a huge role in bagging a good job and if you're not confident about the way you speak, the best thing you could do is keep some interview tips handy.
