  1. Travel Nurse - The good news first: this position pays more than permanent nurses; plus, it will involve a lot of traveling which is paid by the company that hires you. You will also be entitled to some great perks such as furnished accommodation, travel stipend and plenty of adventure in your day-to-day work. For this you will have to enroll with companies that provide nurses on call.

  2. Tour Guide - This is not a local tour guide, but the one which accompanies groups on their trips to various parts of the world. You could end up taking your group to Greece, Hawaii, Paris, Hollywood, Kenya and so on.
