How to be a Successful Healthcare Worker

We wanted to find out what it takes to be a successful healthcare worker, and we looked at people from many different fields. He shared with us the biggest reason he is motivated to be the best healthcare worker he can be over the years, and his advice is worth sharing:

"I work as a medical equipment provider and have for many years. I haven't wanted to work in another field because not only do I have expertise in my area, but I feel blessed that I can not only make a living, but what I do helps other people. The positive experience of that fact is a very motivating reward for me. The motivation powers my attitudes and I always strive to learn more, to do more and help more. Overall this is what's called a "Win Win" situation."
